Laser Tube Cutting Machine Semi-Automatic
Metalmagix Machinery laser tube cutting machine semi-automatic is designed to cut tubes, pipes, and hollow profiles. Integrated with the latest independent pipe cutting numerical control system controls and supports all types of tubes & chucks. This fiber laser is assisting for edge to edge, opening, and contour cutting operations on round tubes, square tubes, ‘U’ shape tubes, ‘I’ shape tubes, & special profile tubes, etc. It offers a cleaner edge & perfect surface finish, is easier to work with, and less fur on workpieces with the highest accuracy & precision.
Functions & Features
- The semi-auto loading system permitted loading the raw material a maximum of 800 kg at a tube carrier or forklift in a single time. It can auto-adjust the material in the chuck and clamps stably depending upon the preset cutting program. The unloading and tail tube processing functions are automatic.
- By using the nesting software we can nest fast and can distribute drawings to cut by the laser tube cutting machine semi-automatic effectively, it reduces the risk of laser head collision, handles input & output devices, and helps to achieve zero error. It ensures high stability, real-time performance, strong scalability, ultra-fast, and precision.

Chuck
The gear transmission automatic chuck used to hold material in the exact position for cutting designs and adjusts the centre automatically and it greatly improves the efficiency of the cutting pattern precisely.
Laser Source
The laser source is a medium that generates photoelectric light to create a laser beam which helps the laser head to mark the material accurately & permits to cutting of the required pattern.
Reducer
The reducer from Neugart, gears the electric motor speed with increased torque, reduces and maximizes the speed, and minimizes the misalignment of gears.
Servo Motor
The Servo motor manufactured by Schneider is used to change the surface of the pipe rotating it on a desired or programmed angle, helps to get the torque constantly at any speed, prevents the pipe from sagging, and improves the accuracy of the machine.
